I was unable to upload the graph because it is an Adobe "Flash" graph.
The graph states that women consider good "benefits" the ultimate contributing factor to job satisfaction. By the way, I find this to be very interesting, considering I am of the opposite sex.
Below are the claims made by the graph (women surveyed):
Claim 1) Good benefits - 84% of women surveyed said this was the "ultimate" factor
Claim 2) Fair compensation - 81% of women surveyed
Claim 3) High trust level between managers and workers - 81%
Claim 4) Company that rewards excellence - 77%
Claim 5) Open communications - 75%
