Exercise #4

Because I have unexpectedly changed my topic based on new information (for a better understanding of the assignment) received from the instructor, I am unable to do this exercise, but please allow me as an individual, student, and entity the "Full Faith and Credit Clause", as I always put fourth extra effort in other assignments to make up for what assignments (such as this one) I was unable to complete on time.
